The former star of Manchester United and retired footballer David Beckham has made headlines around the world as he still continues being at the spotlight but this time it was because of a motorcycle which occurred after the Englishman lost control of custom-built Super Vintage 93″ Knuckle and the bike finished up in the middle of Sunset Boulevard after Beckham had left the popular Shamrock Tattoo studio.

According to reports it is believed that David Beckham was trying to avoid paparazzi and ultimately caused him on not being able to keep the motorcycle under his control which finished up with Beckham being bandaged on his left arm but it was nothing too serious.

After he crashed down and managed to get back up to his feet, Beckham went on calling a few of his friends from the nearby tattoo parlour which helped him move the bike away from the street.

This is not the first time that retired football player has gone through a similar incident as he also crashed his Range Rover last year but also managed to escape the accident without facing any severe consequences or injuries, however there was another car crash occasion that came as a shock involving Beckham and his 15 year old son Brooklyn as both of them were in a car during rush hour on one of Los Angeles’ busiest highways back in 2011 and this incident ended up with a multiple car pile-up but Beckham and his son managed to escape it unharmed.

Since announcing his retirement from playing competitive football, Beckham has been focusing on establishing the Major League Soccer team he bought for $25 million which is expected to begin playing in 2016 or 2017, all of this depends on how fast the stadium can be built as the Englishman has recently been facing a number of setbacks.

Fletcher Finally Gets Back On Form

Darren Fletcher has finally managed on getting back on form as he is recovered from the physical problem and bowel conditions which have been forcing him to stay out of the pitch for a substantially long period of time.

With the arrival of Louis van Gaal to Old Trafford, a lot of changes are expected to be done as the Dutch manager wants to avoid another disastrous season. The Scottish midfielder, Darren Fletcher admitted that this upcoming season will be crucial for him on and his future at the Premier League club.

Now that Darren Fletcher is able to play once more, he has a tough task ahead of him as he has to prove himself again in order to get a spot in the first team of Louis van Gaal.

Fletcher revealed just how important the pre-season will be not only for himself but for his teammates as well as he spoke to reporters: “Players always talk about how important pre-season is and I haven’t been in a position to do pre-season for about three years, so I’m dead excited about it. It almost brings you back to a level playing field with everyone else and you’re back at the same time as everyone else, rather than playing catch-up all season, which can be difficult’’.

“It’s the ideal scenario for me. I’m really looking forward to building up my fitness base as best as I can. Knowing a big part of my game is based on fitness, this pre-season will be vital for me for the season ahead. We’re all in the same position as we all need to impress the new manager and I’m no different’’

Having suffered such a long time out of the playing grounds will definitely make it harder and longer for Fletcher to make his return and comeback into the first team and it will be even more difficult considering that Louis van Gaal has already signed new players and has a few more targets he wants to sign before the summer transfer window concludes.

David Beckham To Invest In MLS

David Beckham recently announced – along with a group of investors – that he was set to enter into the MLS as one of the franchise owners after deciding to exercise his right. Beckham was allowed the ability to start MLS franchise once he had retired – when he originally signed a contract with LA Galaxy in 2007. After retiring from football following a six-month spell at PSG, Beckham is all set to invest more than $ 25 million of his own money into a franchise, which is expected to pull in stars from all over the world.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star also revealed that the franchise plans to use its own money to build a 25,000 seater stadium. This is unlike some of the other franchises in the MLS, which depend upon the council stadium as a means of the home ground. This move was initially welcomed from various quarters, but now opposition has come from several billionaires. Shippers have also expressed their concern about the new ground, which Beckham revealed that was about to come in downtown Miami. This was one of the most valued real estate properties in this area, but it also prevents the expansion of the city’s port according to several groups.

“We cannot jeopardise well-paying jobs, like crane operators, longshore workers, and mechanics, for low-paying stadium jobs, such as concession sales,” said the Miami Seaport Alliance. “This is one of four sites under consideration, there’s nothing concrete, there’s no recommendation pending,” said Miami-Dade mayor Carlos Gimenez. However, Beckham’s attorney has rejected suggestions that the stadium would interfere with the port expansion plans.

“The plan doesn’t interfere with port operations. It will likely generate more revenue for the port in the shorter term than other concepts that have been discussed,” said Beckham’s attorney in response to the allegations.
